Sudden Valley is a planned community located about 10 minutes outside the Bellingham city limits. Originally developed in the 1970's, today Sudden Valley is beaming with life.
The Valley is home is many local businesses and community ammenties from a world class 18 hole golf course, to resteraunts and an olympic sized swimming pool, you will find it all here in Sudden Valley. The recreational oppurtunities never seem to end with the area being home to an adult center, an activity barn and a lovely marina located on the shores of Lake Whatcom.
